Hotel Platinium - Aachen

Large, well-isolated room with clean facilities.

Small hotel in a fairly quiet area not far from good public transport to Aachen centre, roadworks which blocked the direct route, and good public transport. Pleasant and accommodating staff and management. Units with a large balcony. Excellent location - just a walking distance from New Tivoli Stadium.

Noise from the busy road was quite disruptive!!! The self check-in process was unnecessarily complicated, especially with unclear instructions!!! The parking fee of 15€ per night felt excessive given the lack of convenience.

We stayed here with our two small kids and found it easy to find, right next to a gas station. The clean room had a comfy bed, made it easy for a good night's rest. It was a quick drive to see a football match at Tivoli Stadium, only 2 km away.

My children wished there were more family-friendly amenities.

I stayed in a Triple Room, and it was surprisingly spacious and super clean. The bed was really comfy, which helped with a good night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and had all the essentials, including a hairdryer. The self check-in was smooth, so I didn't need to worry about lines. Wifi was solid. My only gripes were that there wasn't much of a view from the window and a fee for parking, but the convenience of the gas station nearby was a plus.

We have found a new go-to spot for our stay, it offers great value, is exceptionally clean, has a top-notch restaurant, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive.
